I cant pick just one

Best Representative of the Philippines (I'll Pick 5)

1. Precious Lara Quigaman - Miss International 2005

After 26 years she bring back Victory of the Philippines from the Major Pageant. She won Miss International 2005 , and all Filipino are very happy on it, she is not being overhyped , or never been expected to win in 2005.

2. Maria Venus Raj (Half Indian) - Miss Universe 2010/4th Runner Up

Her life story is very fairytale, Venus is came from a poor family living in the middle of the rice field without electricity. She join some pageants to earn some money for her school and family. she was dethroned shortly but many Filipino pageant fan help her and made a petition to bring back the crown on her. And Venus make us proud when she end the 10 years of drought of the Philippines in Miss Universe.

3. Maria Karla Bautista - Miss World 2004/4th runner up

Karla is another unrated representative of the Philippines in Miss World

4. Sandra Inez Seifert (Half German) - Miss Earth-Air 2009

The frontruner during Bb Pilipinas 2009 where they disqualified her 2 days before the final night. If only she was the representative of the Philipines in Miss Universe 2009
Sandra should be the 1st Miss Earth winner of the Philippines if only Karla did not win in 2008.

5. Shamcey Supsup - Miss Universe 2011/3rd Runner Up

Our recent placement in Miss Universe. shamcey is another unrated girl who pull a surprised!

The Worst (Top 5)

Lets say they are worst because they are lack of Beauty and International Appeal

1. Catherine Untalan - Miss Earth - Water 2006

Wearing the sash of the Philippines is her advantage...

2. Athena Imperial - Miss Earth - Water 2011

If this girl is really willing to win she must work very well on her body before the pageant...
Wearing the sash of the Philippines help her to placed! and the fact that Philippines placed in the 3 Grand Slam Pageant

3. Gilrhea Quizon - Bb Pilipinas World 2001

Another lack of beauty representative of the Philippines

4. Karen Agustin - Bb Pilipinas Universe 2002

Karen is very smart but miss Universe really dont fit for her

5. Carla Balingit - Bb Pilipinas Universe 2003

Well Carla is ok but i think there are so many beautiful on their batch during Bb

Special Mention to all beautiful Representative of the Philippines
They are all Half Breed ,and we find this girls beautiful.

Melody Gershbach (Half German) - Miss international 2009/ Top 15 Semifinalist

She passed away in 2010

Krista Arieta Kleiner (Half American) - Miss International 2010/Top 15 semifinalist (Best in Talent/Miss Expressive)

She was Robbed Big time !!! China over her is really unacceptable

Mary Ann Umali (Half Lebanese) - Bb Pilipinas World 2009

Another Wasted beauty If only they send this girl in Miss Universe

Maggie Wilson (Half British)- Bb Pilipinas World 2007

Another Wasted Beauty. If only she's 18 in 2007 she might place in Miss U 2007 since Asia Rock that year

Karla Henry (Half American) - Miss Earth 2008

She still one of the best although some says shes the ugliest Miss Earth...

Miss Universe 2003 - Top 10
why I like her: because she can be fierce and sweet at the same time and looked great even in that horrendous gown, luckily the Miss CR was reasonable enough to not send winner compete internationally but sent 1st runner-up instead Smile

Lucie Králová

why I don't like her: because she's just bland and would never win if she didn't try two times for Miss Czech Republic...

She's definetely polish best representative. Because of her performance at Miss World 2004 I started to be more interested in beayty pageants.

The best: Zuzana Putnářová, Miss Czech Republic International 2008, placed as 4th runner up.

Very smart and experienced girl. I wish she could have participated at MW that year.

The worst one: Aneta Vignerová, Miss Czech Republic World 2009

I personally like this girl and find her cute, but she is absolutely unsuitable for any beauty queen contest, mainly because of her rough voice and behavior.

For me, the best was Shandi Finessy at Miss Universe in 2004 and Nancy Randall at Miss World 2004.

Worst, Chelsea Cooley in 2005. Her swimsuit presentation at Miss Universe looked like she was having a seizure and her evening gown was not flattering. I also do not like Shauntay Hinton, Susie Castillo, Crystle Stewart, Kristin Stewart, or Rima Fakih.
